Positive: Excellent facilities and well appointed.
Negative: Very basic meet and greet (3 minutes, 2 of which were how to feed the fish). No subsequent follow up or anything. No appliance operating instructions provided (except microwave). If door left open, very intrusive traffic and motorbike noise . Steep and uneven steps.
Summary: Nice stay, but could have been better.

Positive: Unexpectedly, food for breakfast was provided. Kitchen facility meant I could have toast, juice, tea etc as much as I liked. The facilities in the stay were way better than I expected and the hosts were fantastic too. Can't say anything more positive. Hope to return sometime.
Negative: I honestly can't think of anything negative.
Summary: Lovely place for a stopover. Exceeded my expectations in every way.

Positive: Sue was great. The location at first was worrying as right next to a busy road but the apartment was through a side gate of the property and downstairs to the back so the apartment was actually quiet. There was bread , milk, tea,coffee even some Jaffa cakes . Everything was clean and all we needed. It was just a very short walk to Rye high street and all the sights . Supermarket also a short walk. Thanks Sue.

Positive: Great location, clean , comfortable and the food and drink supplied was a lovely touch.
Negative: The stairs to the property are very steep which wasn’t great for my arthritic knees, would probably add to discription just so you’re aware.

Positive: Everything was like home from home beautiful place to stay homely warm the host met use showed use around even left a basket of goodies which they didn’t have to very touching
